Dead Man Walking Tornadoes

What Tornadoes were the so call 
(Dead man walking) type?

To be called a Dead man walking tornado it needs to be 3 things

A : It should appear to be walking                                                            

B : It has to at least have 1 fatality                                                           

C : It has to be 1 tornado that is a multi vortex not 2 separate tornadoes
